Each individual on our pet sitting team is carefully selected to ensure true dedication and capability of providing you and your pets with the highest level of service possible.
For your peace of mind, each of our Pet Sitters undergo a thorough screening, which includes a comprehensive nationwide, county-level background check, work and personal reference checks. All HappyTails Pet Sitting team members are hand-picked, vetted and covered under the company’s liability insurance and bonding policies. Prior to meeting with clients, all team members go through a thorough training of our policies and procedures and a full week of field visits with our Territory Manager.

All team members are pet owners ourselves which makes us pet care consumers as well as providers. We have run the domain of service experiences both with kennels and other pet sitting companies. Many of our sitters participate in pet rescue/foster programs, have professional animal training experience as well as veterinary involvement. We treat each pet like we would treat our own and if you and your pet aren’t happy, neither are we.
